After a degree in English at the University of York and then legal study in London, Bik qualified as a solicitor in 1997. Since qualifying, she has practiced family law continuously across a wide range of cases: Bik is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme, a trustee of the North West London branch of Relate, and contributes to Family Law Week and the Resolution Review. Away from the office she can be found watching classical ballet, following tennis and hill walking.
