Charlotte is a founding Member of Hubbard Pegman and Whitney LLP. She is also the firms Managing Partner. Qualified in 1995. Member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Charlotte specialises in catastrophic personal injury, spinal injury, clinical negligence, professional negligence and acting for prison officers who have been injured at work. She has much experience in psychiatric injury claims. Charlotte also balances this work with running the practice as the Managing Partner. Outside of work Charlotte is interested in music and musical events.
