Eden trained with HPW and returned to the firm in October 2011. Eden is an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, a member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and an APIL Accredited Litigator. Eden also undertakes some other Litigious work including Contentious Probate. Eden has always dealt with a broad range of Personal Injury claims including Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, Trips/Slips, Occupier’s Liability and Product Liability cases.
Outside of work, Eden enjoys running and has participated in a number of events to raise money for various charities including Break Through Breast Cancer and Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. Eden also enjoys listening to music and playing the guitar. Eden is a member of the West London Law Society and was previously a member of the Hastings & St Leonards Rowing Club.
Eden has been actively involved with APIL in campaigning to preserve the rights of injured people, to ensure that they have fair redress and Access to Justice.
