Born in Finland, Outi Hubbard came to England in 1979 where she read economics and law at Brunel University and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993.
Specialising in Wills and Probate and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Outi is a member of the Law Society Probate Section. She has also given talks on Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney for the Finn Guild and the Finnish Church and has acted in Estates where the deceased was originally from Finland. Outi is bilingual, fluent in Finnish and English. |

Qualified in 1995. Member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Charlotte specialises in spinal injury claims and acting for prison officers who have been injured at work. She has much experience in psychiatric injury claims.
Charlotte also balances this work with running the practice as the Managing Partner.Outisde of work Charlotte is interested in music and musical events.

Having initially trained as a barrister David qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Initially working in Surrey David moved in 2004 to Glenisters Solicitors in Hammersmith becoming one of the founding members of HPW. David heads up the Property Department and specialises in Property litigation, especially all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law and Enfranchisement. Away from work David is married with a young son although he finds time to support Harlequins and likes to relax with a glass of wine! |

Hope qualified in 1985 and has handled a wide range of accident and injury cases, including trippers and slippers, workplace accident and disease claims, road traffic accidents, public liability, criminal injuries compensation, children cases, actions against the police and prison service and even a few dog bite claims. She was selected for the Law Society Personal Injury Panel (now called specialist accreditation) over 10 years ago and is a member of the Medico-Legal Society. |

He then worked at a City Firm which influenced his decision to focus his career as a Commercial Property Lawyer. He deals with a number of varied Commercial Property matters of all types including complex transactions under tight deadlines. Simon hopes to be fortunate enough to gain a place as a runner in the London Marathon 2009. |

Karen has worked in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. She specialises in all areas of financial provision upon divorce as well as cohabitation disputes. She also has experience of disputed children matters such as contact and residence and international aspects of such disputes. She has a calm and supportive manner and is interested in a non adversarial approach to resolving relationship disputes and as such is a member of Resolution. She is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. Karen is a Honorary Solicitor for the Citizens Advice Bureau. |

Steven graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He then went on to complete a Master of Laws Degree covering Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law, presenting a thesis on Law and Cyber Terrorism. He has recently completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in June 2008. Steven enjoys all different kinds of sport, especially football, having represented Northern Ireland as a schoolboy international. He also enjoys playing Gaelic football, golf and squash.

Eden has recently joined HPW as a trainee solicitor. He is initially assisting in the Family and Personal Injury Departments. Eden completed his law degree at the University of Hertfordshire and went on to complete his LPC at the College of Law, London in 2005. Eden then gained 10 months experience as a Paralegal in a niche Property firm. He later gained nearly 2 years experience as a fee earner with firms in Sussex dealing with a broad range of personal injury claims. In his spare time, Eden is a keen runner. He participated in the Standard Chartered Great City Race 2007 and 2008 to raise money for breakthrough breast cancer. He hopes to repeat this in 2009 and to beat his personal best! He enjoys listening to various genres of music and playing guitar. |
