	Outi Hubbard Partner
	Born in Finland, Outi Hubbard came to England in 1979 where she read economics and law at Brunel University and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. Specialising in Wills and Probate and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Outi is a member of the Law Society Probate Section. She has also given talks on Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney for the Finn Guild and the Finnish Church and has acted in Estates where the deceased was originally from Finland. Outi is bilingual, fluent in Finnish and English.

	Charlotte Pegman Managing Partner
	Qualified in 1995. Member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Charlotte specialises in spinal injury claims and acting for prison officers who have been injured at work. She has much experience in psychiatric injury claims. Charlotte also balances this work with running the practice as the Managing Partner.Outisde of work Charlotte is interested in music and musical events.

	David Whitney Partner
	Having initially trained as a barrister David qualified as a solicitor in 2002. 	Dorota Sookanadenchetty
	Firm’s Marketing Co-ordinator joins HPW LLP in December 2007. Dorota works closely with Charlotte Pegman on business development and marketing strategies. The office is located close to the heart of the Polish community. Dorota is welcoming and assisting our Polish clients. Outside work Dorota enjoys art galleries and the arts generally.

	Sarah Willcox
	Sarah is a valued Solicitor in our Probate Department. Sarah is a member of The Law Society Probate Panel. Always being fascinated about complicated nature of Inheritance Taxes Sarah became an expert on this topic. Sarah is the best person to talk to if seeking professional advice, excellent in solving all issues related to Wills and Probate.

	Mandy Spear
	Mandy is a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer and is studying with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. Mandy specialises in New Build Conveyancing acting for purchasers of properties from well known developers. She has been part of our busy Property Department for over five years. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, gardening and organising some of our company social events.

	Sharon works as a PA/Secretary, with legal experience reaching over 20 years. She is a dedicated member of the Property team. Sharon is trying her luck at the lottery. She encourages a team of her colleagues to join her and multiply the chances of winning. She loves watching her daughter play football in local team where she lives. Sharon also likes socialising by going out dancing.

	Patricia is currently working towards becoming a qualified Licensed Conveyancer with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers. For the last three years Patricia has been a dedicated part of the Property team.

	Simon Levi
	Simon trained at a Specialised Property Practice in North West London and qualified in 2007. He then worked at a City Firm which influenced his decision to focus his career as a Commercial Property Lawyer. He deals with a number of varied Commercial Property matters of all types including complex transactions under tight deadlines. Simon hopes to be fortunate enough to gain a place as a runner in the London Marathon 2009.

He then worked at a City Firm which influenced his decision to focus his career as a Commercial Property Lawyer. He deals with a number of varied Commercial Property matters of all types including complex transactions under tight deadlines. Simon hopes to be fortunate enough to gain a place as a runner in the London Marathon 2009.

	Karen Shury
	Karen has worked in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. She specialises in all areas of financial provision upon divorce as well as cohabitation disputes. She also has experience of disputed children matters such as contact and residence and international aspects of such disputes. She has a calm and supportive manner and is interested in a non adversarial approach to resolving relationship disputes and as such is a member of Resolution. She is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. Karen is a Honorary Solicitor for the Citizens Advice Bureau.

She also has experience of disputed children matters such as contact and residence and international aspects of such disputes. 	Charmagne Der
	Charmagne is an experienced legal secretary supporting the Family Department. She is currently undertaking a Law degree at London South Bank University. Charmagne is a much valued member of the team.

	Pascale Goodheart
	Pascale has worked as secretary to our Senior Partner Outi Hubbard for over 5 years. Pascale is a valued member of the Probate team. Pascale worked in Paris some time ago before qualifying as a Bilingual Secretary.

	Patricia Lake
	Patricia is an experienced secretary with over 15 years legal experience. She works in our busy Personal Injury Department, also assisting in the smooth running of the practice as Office Support Officer. She enjoys music, travel and making jewellery in her spare time.

	Sabrina works as a secretary in the Property Department and is a much valued member of the team.

	Margaret Bradley
	Margaret is a Legal Executive who qualified in 1996. She works in our busy Property Department and is known locally to many clients. Margaret's interests are music and travel.

	James Akinnola
	James achieved his BSC (Hons) in Accounting at London Southbank University in 2005, he also completed professional Accountancy Course AAT in 2003. James heads the busy Accounts Department with over seven years experience in Legal Accounting. James is a member of the Association of Accounting Technician as well as being a member of the Institute of Legal Cashiers and Administrators. James likes to play music keyboard or video games in his leisure time.

	Linda Allen
	Linda joined the firm in June 2008 as a part time secretary in Wills & Probate Department, after retiring from a full time post with a local council where she worked as a personal assistant to senior management and elected councillors. As well as working in Hammersmith she likes the area for its restaurants, pubs, theatre and riverside walks.

	Steven Keenan
	Steven graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He then went on to complete a Master of Laws Degree covering Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law, presenting a thesis on Law and Cyber Terrorism. He has recently completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in June 2008. Steven enjoys all different kinds of sport, especially football, having represented Northern Ireland as a schoolboy international. He also enjoys playing Gaelic football, golf and squash.

Steven graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He then went on to complete a Master of Laws Degree covering Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law, presenting a thesis on Law and Cyber Terrorism. He has recently completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in June 2008. Steven enjoys all different kinds of sport, especially football, having represented Northern Ireland as a schoolboy international. He also enjoys playing Gaelic football, golf and squash.

	Eden Cocks
	Eden has recently joined HPW as a trainee solicitor. He is initially assisting in the Family and Personal Injury Departments. Eden completed his law degree at the University of Hertfordshire and went on to complete his LPC at the College of Law, London in 2005. Eden then gained 10 months experience as a Paralegal in a niche Property firm. He later gained nearly 2 years experience as a fee earner with firms in Sussex dealing with a broad range of personal injury claims. In his spare time, Eden is a keen runner. He participated in the Standard Chartered Great City Race 2007 and 2008 to raise money for breakthrough breast cancer. He hopes to repeat this in 2009 and to beat his personal best! He enjoys listening to various genres of music and playing guitar.
