  Outi Hubbard

Outi Hubbarb
Born in Finland, Outi Hubbard came to England in 1979 where she read economics and law at Brunel University and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993.
Specialising in Wills and Probate and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Outi is a member of the Law Society Probate Section. She has also given talks on Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney for the Finn Guild and the Finnish Church and has acted in Estates where the deceased was originally from Finland. Outi is bilingual, fluent in Finnish and English.

 

  Charlotte Pegman

Charlotte  Pegamn
Qualified in 1995. Member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Charlotte specialises in spinal injury claims and acting for prison officers who have been injured at work. She has much experience in psychiatric injury claims. Charlotte also balances this work with running the practice as the Managing Partner. Outside of work Charlotte is interested in music and musical events.

Having initially trained as a barrister David qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Initially working in Surrey David moved in 2004 to Glenisters Solicitors in Hammersmith becoming one of the founding members of HPW. David heads up the Property Department and specialises in Property litigation, especially Landlord and Tenant and Leashold Reform Act work. David is a Member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners. Away from work David is married with a son and daughter although he finds time to support Harlequins and likes to relax with a glass of wine!

Sarah is a valued Solicitor in our busy Probate Department. She is a member of The Law Society Probate Panel and has always been fascinated about the complicated nature of Inheritance Taxes therefore becoming an expert in this field. Sarah is the best person to talk to if you are seeking professional advice and is excellent in solving all issues related to Wills and Probate.

 

  Margaret Bradley

Margaret is a Legal Executive who qualified in 1996. She works in our busy Residential Property Department and is known locally to many clients and Estate Agents. Margaret's interests are music and travel.

 

  Mandy Spear
Mandy Spear
Mandy is a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer and is studying with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. Mandy specialises in New Build Conveyancing acting for purchasers of properties from well known developers. She has been part of our busy Property Department for over seven years.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, gardening and organising some of our company social events.

 

  Simon Levi
Simon trained at a Specialised Property Practice in North West London and qualified in 2007. He then worked at a City Firm which influenced his decision to focus his career as a Commercial Property Lawyer. He deals with a number of varied Commercial Property matters of all types including complex transactions under tight deadlines.

 

  Steven Keenan

Steven is a Solicitor within the Litigation Department of the firm. Steven was HPW’s first trainee solicitor and qualified in January 2010. Steven currently undertakes a range of litigious matters covering Debt Recovery, Personal Injury, Landlord & Tenant and Contentious Probate Disputes. Steven enjoys all different kinds of sport, especially football, having represented Northern Ireland as a schoolboy international. He also enjoys playing Gaelic football, golf and squash. Steven will shortly be applying to be admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland.

 

 

  John Cunningham
 
John is a very experienced litigator and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with a proven record of obtaining cost effective results. He has specialised in civil litigation and personal injury work for over 20 years and adopts a thorough and detailed approach to daily challenges.

 

 

  Bik Wong

After a degree in English at the University of York and then legal study in London, Bik qualified as a solicitor in 1997. Since qualifying, she has practised family law continously across a wide range of cases: Bik is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme, a trustee of the North West London branch of Relate, and contributes to Family Law Week and the Resolution Review. Away from the office she can be found watching classical ballet, following tennis and hill walking.

James Akinola
James achieved his BSC (Hons) in Accounting at London Southbank University in 2005, he also completed professional Accountancy Course AAT in 2003. James was elected as a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians on 24.11.2008. James heads the busy Accounts Department with over seven years experience in Legal Accounting. James is a member of the Association of Accounting Technician as well as being a member of the Institute of Legal Cashiers and Administrators. James likes to play the keyboard or video games in his leisure time.

 

  Pascale Goodheart

Pascale has worked as secretary to our Senior Partner Outi Hubbard. Pascale is a valued member of the Probate Team. Pascale worked in Paris some time ago before qualifying as a Bilingual Secretary.

 

  Sharon Heady
Sharon Heady
Sharon works as a PA/Secretary, with legal experience reaching over 20 years. She is a dedicated member of the Property Team. Sharon is trying her luck at the lottery. She encourages a team of her colleagues to join her and multiply the chances of winning. She loves watching her daughter play football in local team where she lives. Sharon also likes socialising by going out dancing.
