Sponsoring the 2008 Bedford Park Festival
As one of West London’s leading firms of solicitors, HPW has successfully been involved with local sponsorships of various organisations, including the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre. For 2008 Hubbard Pegman & Whitney have chosen to support the Bedford Park Festival. HPW will sponsor all the musical events for the whole festival. This will include a Mozart concert, an evening of Bach Cantatas and a series of concerts in a private house in Bedford Park.
The 2008 Festival will begin with Green Days weekend on June 7th and 
8th, and run till Sunday June 22nd. The Children's Musical performed by St Michael's Junior Choir will take place on the middle weekend, June 14th and 15th, and the Festival will close, with the Festival Mass, the Photographic Competition prizegiving and the Bedford Park Open Gardens on Sunday 22nd.

Lyric Hammersmith Theatre
As one of West London’s leading firms of solicitors, HPW has a successful relationship with the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre. Our history dates back to 1906 when we were founded in Hammersmith by Louis Oliver Glenister. The Lyric theatre is the site of the first office of Glenisters, which was why we choose that venue to launch our new practice in October 2007..
A rose by any other name...
The partners choose the Lyric as the venue for their launch event. It seems to be a well kept secret in Hammersmith that the Lyric and its cafe is open to the public and available for hire. They started the launch with a workshop with the Lyric Young Company, facilitated by David Baker of the Lyric. Starting with simple exercises and games the partners and staff at HPW were soon acting out shapes and scenes, culminating in a short play of three scenes.
