Priya has been practicing family law in West London for several years and joined us in 2019 to head the family team.  She has seven years’ experience dealing with private family-related matters including marriage breakdown, financial disputes including contested financial proceedings, private children matters, cohabitee disputes, injunction orders and pre and post nuptial agreements.

Priya regularly negotiates settlements avoiding the need for court proceedings entirely. As a member of Resolution, Priya is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients adopting an approachable and non-confrontational approach to her matters.

  • Securing the court’s permission for a mother to take her daughter to New Zealand
  • Securing the return of a child who was taken from a father and obtaining an order that the child should live with the father for the foreseeable future
