As lockdown eases and the courts begin to transition to hybrid and in-person hearings, we are taking steps to reopen the physical office and continue to provide as comprehensive a service as possible. Of course we have remained open for business throughout the pandemic. Our priority remains the safety of our employees, visitors and clients. We have taken stringent measures to ensure that our people are able to return to work safely and flexibly, in line with government guidance.


Members of our staff will be present in the office most days to deal with matters that can only be managed in person.

We can no longer host meetings and conferences in the office but we want to make our clients’ lives as easy as possible in these difficult times. This is under review.


We prefer to receive documents electronically but please let us know if this is not possible and you need to deliver hard copies to the office. You will need to make an appointment to attend. Please also make sure that you only attend if you do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 such as temperature, persistent cough or respiratory problems or you have had contact with any possible source of the virus.


Our staff are able to safely work in the office. We are monitoring the situation on an ongoing basis so that we can ensure that our approach remains the right one for us and our clients.
