As a specialist personal injury solicitor working within a high street practice, Charlotte remains concerned that hundreds of local people are failing to get the compensation they deserve after suffering personal injury by being offered premature compensation deals by insurance companies. These said insurance companies are not keen for solicitors to become involved. We would urge all parties to get behind the Law Society’s “Don’t get mugged by an insurer” campaign.
