In a letter to the Chair of the Transport Select Committee, Louise Ellman MP, the Law Society has insisted that the Government hear both sides of the debate. The President of the Law Society, Lucy Scott-Moncrieff, has insisted that the Insurance Industry’s aggressive lobbying of the Government and Ministry of Justice should not be allowed to create policies which deny many thousands of deserved Claimants’, access to expert legal advice.
