The Land Registry now has a Property Alert Service to monitor registered properties to ensure that any changes to the Title Documents are notified to interested parties.
Any one can sign up to this service and have own property / property in which one has an interest monitored. If you are interested in this service you may contact the Land Registry to set it up. Once you have signed up to the service, you will receive email alerts when certain activity occurs on the monitored property, allowing you to take action if necessary.
