Accusing the pair of trying to engage in ‘forensic points-scoring’ against one another, Mr Justice Moynahan concluded that the £60 million fortune the couple had amassed, which included homes in the UK, the USA and the Turks and Caicos Islands, should be divided nearly equally between them.
Finding them equally culpable for the extended litigation, he refused to make a costs order, leaving each one to pay their own legal bills.
