Continue readingWe are delighted to be once again sponsoring the British Keralites Association (BKA) Onam Utsav, taking place on Sunday 27th September from 12:00pm onwards at Featherstone High School, Southall.
Onam is a significant celebration within the Keralite community, bringing families and friends together to celebrate culture, tradition and community. This event will welcome more than 400 guests and promises an afternoon of wonderful food, entertainment and festivities, including the traditional vegetarian feast served on banana leaves.
This year’s celebration is particularly special as it forms part of the British Keralites Association’s 50th anniversary celebrations, marking five decades of supporting and bringing together the Keralite community across the UK.
At Hubbard Pegman & Whitney, we are proud to support local communities and celebrate the diversity that makes London such a vibrant place to live and work. We have always enjoyed working with the BKA and are pleased to be supporting their Onam celebrations once again.
Our relationship with the BKA began through Peter Augustine, who is a Partner and head of our Conveyancing team, who introduced us to the association. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue our connection and to support such a longstanding and valued community organisation.
We wish the British Keralites Association a very happy 50th anniversary and look forward to joining them in celebrating this special occasion on the day,
