Testimonials
“I have just reached a successful conclusion to a five year personal injury claim that had a major impact on my mental health and personal finances. However, I don’t think I would have made it through without the support and guidance from Melanie. Her approach was totally professional and she showed great compassion and understanding for the difficulties I experienced. She was backed by a great team who helped with the procedural aspects of the case and I would unreservedly recommend HPW, and Melanie in particular, to anybody looking for help in pursuing a personal injury claim”. – Anonymous Client
Melanie Neale was incredible in my legal process. She guided me from start to end, and in moments when I had doubts and had lost all hope, she was extremely supportive and reassuring. After years Melanie’s determination, perseverance and expertise saw that justice was done with my case. Any sort of legal process is daunting, and Melanie always made sure to explain everything that was happening in detail and that I understood each step. Melanie was wonderful and professional throughout my case, I am eternally grateful for her exceptional service and would not hesitate to highly recommend her and the HPW team.
Melanie Neale from Hubbard Pegman and Whitney has spent years helping me fight my claim for compensation against Her Majesty’s Prison Service following an assault. Melanie Neale’s tenacity kept me fighting when I felt I could give up. Without her help and expertise I would not only have problems financially, but my mental health would likely have deteriorated further in some of my already darkest years. I would not hesitate in recommending this firm to any of my former colleagues. Thank you Melanie and your team for shaping a brighter future for myself, my mental wellbeing, and my family.” Mr Simon Kirtland
“I would like to thank Melanie and her team for helping me in my claim for damages following a fall at work. Thank you for your kindness and pleasant manner and most of all your patience with me. It has taken some time to achieve settlement of my claim but thanks to her perseverance we got there!” Christine
